Real Estate Mapping, Inc is actively seeking a
sales representative to market and sell
subscription services delivered to real
estate offices and other real estate
professional through our Parcel Map Viewer
program.
The Parcel
Map Viewer is a web based mapping and
data retrieval tool, which consolidates
public records information from local
assessor offices, registry of deeds and
other public data providers.
This sales representative will also be
responsible to participate in the marketing
and sale of other information services and
mapping products including the Listing
Maps service, which allows real estate
offices to embed detailed interactive map
components into their existing websites.
Qualifications:
Applicant should have the following minimum
qualifications:
Effective
personal and communication skills
required to introducing and educate new
users to alternative technology and
processes.
Strong
knowledge of real estate industry and
real estate sales process.
Ability
to close on deals and meet sales
performance goals.
Interest
in Internet and mapping technologies.
Business
background and entrepreneurial
perspective.
Lots of
contacts in real estate agencies in the Boston area is preferred.
Compensation:
Compensation
is commission based, plus equity stake in
company for various levels of sales
achievement.
